CENTRELINK has admitted it badly handled the case of a 16-year-old boy with leukaemia who was refused a disability support pension following "an unfortunate breakdown in communications".Um, yeah, I think they did handle it badly. And what's with The Australian calling him 'cancer boy' in their title?
